Registration rates for non-members of the EACR

Tax: Registration fees are subject to 0% VAT.

* Non-Member Nonprofit/Academia rates apply to participants from nonprofit organisations, academic/educational institutions and healthcare institutions who are not current EACR members.

** Non-Member Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are not current EACR members. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.

*** Patient advocates: We have a limited number of discounted registrations for patient advocates. You must be employed by or volunteer for a registered non-profit patient advocacy organisation. To apply, contact eacr@newway-management.com with a headed letter from the organisation you represent, indicating how your attendance at the Congress will further its charitable aims for the benefit of patients.

Deadlines: Please note that deadlines are at 23:59 CET on all the published dates. Full payment in Euros (€) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive the relevant rate.

Payment methods

Registration fees must be paid by debit or credit card at the time of registration. Bank transfers are not accepted. We accept VISA and MasterCard®, and your card will be charged upon completion of registration.

Letters of Invitation/Visa Letters

Participants who have registered and paid can download a ‘Letter of invitation’ from the Congress registration portal. This is to assist you in obtaining travel funds, appropriate visas, and/or absence approvals. The same standard format of letter is provided to every participant who needs one and we cannot amend it, add extra information, or submit further documentation for visa applications. Please ensure you apply for the correct type of visa with enough time for it to be approved. We cannot provide advice on applying for a visa, and if you are unsure we recommend seeking expert help in your home country.

Accreditation ‘Prerichiesta AIFA’ for Italian Pharmaceutical Companies

The EACR has appointed Atlante Viaggi Italia Srl to collect, on our behalf, all the applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and to file them with the appropriate Italian Medicine Agency officials.
